The Security ID mobile is available at no cost. Security ID key-rings will be provided at no cost to qualified customers who maintain a combined balance of $50,000 or more in linked E*TRADE brokerage and Morgan Stanley Private Bank, National Association accounts or execute 30 or more stock or options trades per quarter. Qualification for the following quarter will be determined at the end of each quarter. Customers with qualifying accounts that have multiple account holders will be provided up to two Security ID key-rings at no cost. A $25 charge may be imposed for each additional or replacement Security ID key-rings. Either Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC or Morgan Stanley Private Bank, National Association, at its sole discretion, may impose a fee for this service in the future or may discontinue the service.
