Turnaround

We advise that your glasses will be posted within 10 working days of your order. This is often much sooner, but can take longer for multiple frames or complex prescriptions.

Delivery

Orders are mailed using the Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service, and usually arrive within 2-3 working days. Customers can also collect from our regional branches.

We offer a 14 day money-back guarantee for all orders, provided that the glasses are returned in good condition along with all original cases and packaging.
