The original photograph from 1997 featured Trump, Epstein, and Belgian model Ingrid Seynhaeve at a Victoria's Secret party, with no children present, and the fake video displayed signs of AI generation such as unnaturally smooth skin textures and unrealistic facial expressions.

Independent fact-checking organizations confirmed that the footage was AI-generated, similar to a debunked video from July 2025 showing Trump pointing at a preteen girl while standing with Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein's former associate.
