**Pay Range** : $3,000 - $5,000 for a 3-credit hour course. This position is Exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) overtime provisions.
Because this appointment is temporary in nature, you will not be eligible to receive all of the benefits normally provided to faculty under the standard University of Colorado benefits programs ( . You are not eligible to receive paid vacation leave, medical, or retirement benefits. However, you are eligible to accrue sick leave at 0.034 hours of sick leave per hour worked.

**Summary**
The College of Business and Administration ( at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) will establish and maintain a pool of **Lecturers in** **Strategic Management** from which future appointments to temporary, non-tenure track positions will be made. Appointments are part-time (less than 50% time) and will be made semester-by-semester.
This position will teach Strategic Management classes. Examples of courses include the following: strategic management - which includes strategic analysis of the competitive environment, and strategy management and implementation. Classes may be on-campus, online, or hybrid.
This is a revolving Lecturer Pool for the College of Business. If there is a course opening and your qualifications match a course and the minimum requirements, you may be contacted at that time.

**Essential Functions**
The duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
+ Provides instruction to undergraduate/graduate students both in-person and online courses.
+ Maintains, develop and schedules student learning experiences to achieve desired learning outcomes.
+ Plans, develops, and implements evaluation tools to assess student process towards course learning objectives.
+ Be familiar with learning management systems, such as Canvas.
+ Other duties as determined by the College of Business.

**Overview**
The Manager, Office of Strategic Management (OSM) provides critical project management and analytical support to corporate, divisional and functional leaders at Southern. Assignments will include a mix of ongoing and project based activities in which the Manager will be working within specified timelines. Specifically, providing support and managing projects in such areas as new business acquisition and market entry, supplier and customer relations, as well as developing analyses and presentation materials needed for Southern's senior executive meetings. Key Responsibilities:

Partner with Customer Data Center Service Execution and Project Management teams to coordinate field activities, startup, and commissioning operations

Drive on-time, within-budget completion of service jobs while maintaining an exceptional customer experience

Manage financial operations including time charges, Procard transactions, accounts receivable, and billing dispute resolution

Procure parts and materials for maintenance, repairs, emergency service calls, and project requirements

Required Qualifications:
