Jocelyn, my wait staff, was outstanding in the delivery of service. I have been coming to bravo at several locations for more than 20 years. I love anchovies on my Caesar salad. When I ask if your salad contains them, I'm always told it does in the dressing. She is the first person in all these years who answered the question with you may purchase anchovies at an additional rate for your salad today at bravos I had an amazing Caesar salad. Judge is importantly, she was highly skilled and a wonderful ambassador for your menu. Obviously, she loves the food here and her remarks to me. We're very revealing about the extensive outstanding items that are on your menu. I come here often, but will come even more frequently, hoping that she or other others as excited as She is about Bravo Will serve me. Your lunch specials are amazing. Today I ate lunch and had a to go order for dinner! Wonderful! Meal type: Other Price per person: $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: I am diabetic. I had no difficulty in finding items that were best for my food needs.

8 bridesmaids and the bride thought this would be a great place to meet…. Well it was the Worse experience and food!!!!! Service was terrible… we waited over a hour to get our order. Fettuccine was over cooked and the sauce had no flavor. It was cold!! I sent it back… ! A $16 bottle of wine you would find at the state store, they charge $58. This is not authentic Italian food!!!! I will never go back!!!!

Christmas lunch out was supposed to be special. That's why I chose Bravo Italian Kitchen. My wife and I both ordered the Chicken Marsala. The last time I had that particular dish was in a small Italian eatery in upstate New York. The chicken breast was delicately tenderized and lightly breaded. The Marsala sauce was thick and rich with marsala flavor. Not here in Greensboro and not today. The chicken was un-tenderized, not breaded, and over-peppered to the point of being ridiculous. The sauce was watery with only a hint of Marsala. The green beans were practically raw, and the mashed potatoes were only warm, unseasoned, and flavorless. Not even a hint of salt. Zero garlic. Imagine an Italian restaurant seemingly unfamiliar with garlic in mashed potatoes. And a special note to all restaurateurs and chefs alike. You really shouldn't have to be told this, but please take the butter out of the freezer or refrigerator and allow it to get to room temperature before people start dining. Nobody wants refrigerated butter to cool down their hot rolls, mashed potatoes, or any other dish served hot. On a positive note, our waiter Allan was a prince and treated us with kindness and grace. He was attentive and eager to please. Too bad our chef was not.
