Life Pro Safety offers American Red Cross CPR, AED and First Aid instructor training classes at all of our locations. Our goal is to make sure you are confident and competent to professionally teach classes by the end of the course. Steps to Become a Red Cross Instructor
1. Meet Prerequisites: Be at least 16 years old and hold a current Red Cross (or equivalent) base-level provider certification for a minimum of Adult CPR/AED.
2. Enroll in Instructor Course: Select and sign up for the specific instructor course below.
3. Complete Instructor Training:
Finish the online training course approx. 2 hours in length.
Attend and pass the 1 day in-person session.
4. Affiliate with a Training Provider: Once certified, you must affiliate with a Red Cross Training Provider to legally teach classes. You can affiliate with your own organizations Red Cross training center if they already have one established, or you can affiliate with Life Pro Safety and take advantage of discounts on certification cards and our roster processing service.
