Dr. Fang-Yu (Debby) Liu is a board-certified Infectious Disease specialist and Internal Medicine physician seeing patients at the UCLA Westlake Village office as well as UCLA hospitals. She practices comprehensive Infectious Disease and Internal Medicine with a specialized interest in complex infections and preventative care. Additional clinical interests include travel medicine and antimicrobial stewardship.
Dr. Liu grew up in Taiwan and attained her medical degree from the University of Sydney on scholarship. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center in Boston and went on to fellowship in Infectious Disease at Tufts University Medical Center also in Boston. Before coming to UCLA, she also worked at Kaiser Permanente.
In her free time, Dr. Liu enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and trying new restaurants/recipes.
Dr. Liu is a member of the Infectious Disease Society of America (IDSA).
